Why ‘The Avengers’ Will Be All-Star Edition on ‘The CW’ on July 13, 2018
The CW is in talks with Fox to have its upcoming superhero block “The Avengers” all-star edition on the network for July 13.
According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, the new series is a reprise of “The Mighty Avengers” that aired on Fox during the 1990s.
This will be the first time “The Warriors” has aired on the broadcast network, and it will be produced by CBS Television Studios.
Fox’s “The Brave and the Bold” will air its third season in 2020.
The series will air as a six-part mini-series that will explore the history of the Avengers, with “The Avenger” playing a central role.
The news comes as “The Misfits” star Jeremy Renner, who plays Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has hinted at his involvement in the series.
“There is a chance I will play Captain America.
It’s definitely possible,” he said in an interview with The Guardian last year.
“I can’t tell you exactly what I would be doing.
I’m going to tell you what I will do and you can see what I can do.”
Renner’s casting in the upcoming series is part of a new push by the network to make the Marvel Studios films more inclusive, with some of its movies featuring women.
“I can tell you I am a huge Marvel fan and a huge fan of ‘The Muppets,'” Renner said.
“When I saw this idea that I could be a part of this Marvel universe, I was blown away.”
